The precompletion pro skill doesnt give you 30 minutes extra a day unless you are going to 7 AM every day.

concerning a farming outfit, what price limit are you thinking about? i ask because the "ideal" item drop outfit would easily cost over 50 dollars (in silver stars) to get. (hero's cape/wolleys index, judo kid gloves, hobbes boots, and highly implausible script could easily cost that much)...

+XP/+%XP items, 4 minute turns, adventure somewhere you can generally survive, +hp/pp depending on if your class has good healing abilities or not.

I assume the rename is abstainer for Oxygenarian. I would place abstainer in the same category as no caffiene and no sugar, i.e. not the actual name that will be used, but makes it easily identifiable. I think the no caffiene option should be like sugar freak, or diabetic coma while the no sugar op...

earth, fire, wind, and water are the "elements" TH elementalists uses. TH needs at least 1 Captain Planet reference. I think this should be the lvl 16 skill (hidden in there a bit) called the Elementeers' Strength (referencing the Planeteers). SO... The description/use message should total...

What possible use could this be, compared to the race car driver? (-15 sec/turn vs. a chance of -5 sec/turn seems pretty damn clear which is better...) One way to handle that I guess would be to set up an opt-in system, but send out an email notification to everyone (or just everyone who is "idle") informing them of the ability to opt in, and also tell them about retcon.
